What you’ll learn:

  • Working with enriched doughs

  • Flour types and hydration levels

What you’ll bake:

  • Farmhouse loaves

  • Bagels

  • Croissants

  • Pizza dough

  • Focaccia

  • Brioche

  • Crumpets
